I also use It's 10 Miracle leave-in plus Keratin in-between hair washes some of the time, so the sweat from working out doesn't dry out my hair. That was my biggest problem with relaxed hair and regular exercise sessions, my hair was drying out or felt/looked dehydrated.
I wanted to share with other gym goers (aka baddies) because this has been an eye-opening experience for me.
